pollan’s plant’s-eye view.

October 13

the following is a video of a part of michael pollan’s talk at the legendary TED conference, held annually in monterey, ca to exhibit innovative ideas and technologies.  he is an inspiration for me because of the systematic way he views our connection with our food.

too many thoughts running a million miles a minute right now.

much much more to come on this later.

He’s one of my favorites. Sam and Max gave me his Botany of Desire book three or four years ago, and I bought Omnivore’s Dilemma here. Both are must reads. When we are back in the US, we will eat differently because of his books.
